Sandro Muhlach's Fight for Justice! Court Dismisses Motion to Quash Rape Case 🚨⚖️

Sandro Muhlach's Fight for Justice! Court Dismisses Motion to Quash Rape Case 🚨⚖️ In a significant legal development, the Pasay Regional Trial Court Branch 114 has dismissed the motion filed by independent TV contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz to quash the rape through sexual assault case brought against them by actor Sandro Muhlach.

The arraignment and pre-trial proceeded with both Nones and Cruz pleading not guilty. This follows the Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 46's decision to quash the acts of lasciviousness charges related to Muhlach's alleged abuse.

The court's decision emphasized that the acts of lasciviousness are necessarily included in the charge of rape before the Regional Trial Court.

Muhlach has vowed to appeal the ruling, stating, "They will not get away with this, and I will fight this until the end. I will make sure that they will not be able to do this to anyone else again."

This case has garnered significant attention, highlighting the ongoing battle for justice and the resilience of those seeking to hold their abusers accountable.

Just weeks after her first arrest, Stewart has been taken into custody again, facing more serious charges of obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering or prowling. Unlike her initial run-in with the law, where people joked about her confident smirk, this second arrest is raising eyebrows for all the wrong reasons. According to reports, she was booked early in the morning on March 23, posting a $4,000 bond just hours later. While details remain scarce, obstruction of an officer suggests she may have actively resisted law enforcement, while loitering charges often hint at suspicious or unlawful behavior. This marks a stark contrast from her first arrest on March 8, when she was caught speeding on her way to a fraternity part...
