Tests allegedly show that every cookie contains dangerous substances like aluminum, arsenic, and lead. Filed in Brooklyn, this suit seeks $5 million in damages and demands full transparency on the packaging. 




The controversial report by GMO Science and Moms Across America points to high levels of glyphosate, especially in Thin Mints, while Peanut Butter Patties are said to be heavily contaminated with lead and aluminum.


Despite these claims, the Girl Scouts assure that their cookies comply with FDA and EPA standards and are safe to consume.
