  New Law Enables Filipinos to Earn Degrees via Non-Traditional Means! 🎓 Exciting news for Filipinos! President Marcos has signed a new law that allows Filipinos, especially working professionals, to earn college degrees without attending traditional classroom settings.  The Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) Act, signed on March 3, opens up opportunities for individuals 23 years and older, residing in the Philippines or abroad, to apply for equivalency and accreditation of their prior learning and work experience. To qualify, applicants must have completed secondary education and have at least five years of relevant work experience.
