 Former Philippine President Duterte Arrested and Taken to The Hague! 😱 In a shocking turn of events, former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has been "forcibly taken" to The Hague following his arrest on an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant for alleged crimes against humanity during his deadly crackdown on drugs.  His daughter, Vice President Sara Duterte, claims he has not been brought before any competent judicial authority to assert his rights. Duterte, who led the Philippines from 2016 to 2022, has shown no remorse for his brutal anti-drugs campaign, which resulted in over 6,000 deaths according to police data.
